  • We specialize in personal training on a scientific level, an ELEMENTAL movement level.
    Our philosophy is to blend and incorporate true human movement involving total body synergistic movements and core muscles!
    This is how our body is designed to move! Incorporating the most natural, efficient, safe and results proven techniques to improve health, fitness and performance.
    We have group classes, private and personal 1 on 1 training, partner training, and semi private training. Special programming is designed to improve your fitness for your goals. Specific programming can be incorporated for strength, power, sports and specialty events such as obstacle course races or other events.
    We also build a program for eliminating any preexisting imbalances and preventing future imbalances which could lead to pain, injury or decline in health or performance!
