• Orange County, CA's Only "All- Inclusive" Luxury Meeting Center: - Comfortable VIP Seating: The EntraCenter offers 50 leather seats in a theater style. Each includes a rotating 360-degree removable writing arm table for a laptop or to take notes as well as a cup holder. The chairs are plush, allowing the user to sit for hours at a time comfortably. The seating can be added, removed, or arranged in a number of ways to accommodate almost any event. - Quality Audio System: All events include up to four wireless lapel microphones as well as up to two hand-held microphones linked to a complete state-of-the-art PA system. This audio system is linked to our recording facility to allow the entire event to be recorded for later use on a podcast, website or via a broadcast. - Breakout Area: Hosting up to 10 people using our VIP seats as well as two rows of tables and chairs, the breakout areas comes complete with a floor to ceiling whiteboard, podium, and large screen TV to allow the presenter to cast video or presentations in facilitation of a small workshop. - Several Lighting Options: The EntraCenter space is equipped with studio quality colored lights, spot lights and professional stage lighting to enhance the quality of the presentation and any video recording. Logos can be cast on the 70" TV or against the curtains as required. - Free Internet Access: All attendees can access high-speed Internet while on location. - Stage and Curtains: The main stage extends approximately 30 feet wide and has black curtains for a backdrop to cover the whiteboard or expose it for use. - A 30-Foot Whiteboard: The stage contains a large whiteboard that is available for use. - Large-Format TVs: There are two 70" large format TVs available for all events on the stage. - Clean and Spacious Kitchen Facility: A small kitchen is complete with a prep area, coffee machine, sink, microwave, and a refrigerator which can be used to prepare light meals or drinks for attendees. - Clean and Convenient Bathrooms: Two unisex bathrooms are available on location, close enough for attendees to access without disrupting the event. - Fully Equipped Production Studio: The EntraCenter has a complete production facility outside of the main conference area. The multi-set sound studio allows for our team to record direct-to-camera webinars, video programs, podcasts, DVD sets, and much more. The studio comes complete with professional lighting and audio equipment to produce any large-scale production. - Speaker's Lounge: There is an area that speakers can go to rest between sessions and be uninterrupted. This areas includes cold water, couches, and a resting space away from the main attendee space.
