• Smith Cleaning and Restoration is a structural and contents disaster restoration company operating in Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, and Pickens counties of South Carolina. Our office is located in Pendleton, SC. We've offered full service restoration since 1999. We're certified with The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification in the areas of Fire and Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and Repair. We're a licensed builder with the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission and we specialize in all areas of insurance restoration. Smith Cleaning and Restoration utilizes Xactimate estimating software and we are bonded and maintain liability and workers compensation insurance. We will work from your insurance company estimate and will address all scope and price differences directly with your adjuster before we begin your restoration project.
