• Jim and Sandy Trout are always willing to help in anyway that they can. A local residential care facility was pressuring the estate to clear out an apartment; so they could rent it o the next tenant in line. Jim and Sandy showed up within 24 hours, packed and inventoried all the personal property within a few days, and were thoughtful in delivering special items to those charities around the bay area who would receive the most benefit.
