Exchanging Hands, FFA's mission is to locate and certify caregivers who will provide family support to non minor dependents and their children . In addition the agency will provide intensive case management services to (nmd) in those foster homes. Exchanging Hands FFA commitment is to providing an enviornment that will produce the best results in eliminating homelessness of the young adult population who transition from foster care in the inland empire. We will operate in a manner which will help guide our (nmd) with assistance to include but not be limited to; living resources, High school diploma, employment opportunities, financial aid, scholarship, theraputic counsiling, and a host of other services.
