• Meet Dr. Karen Matthew Karen, MD F.A.C.S. of Exclusively Faces, Cosmetic Surgery & MediSpa in Winchester, Virginia is affectionately known as “The Aging Face Expert” for his skills and experience in restoring a youthful radiance to his patients. Dr. Karen is double board-certified in otolaryngology (ENT) and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Karen completed his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He spent two years as a surgical resident, and then went on to complete a four-year otolaryngology (ENT) residency at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. After completing his residency, Dr. Karen earned acceptance into a highly competitive fellowship under the tutelage of Dr. Fred Stucker, a world-renowned rhinoplasty, and facial plastic surgeon. Dr. Karen has provided thousands of patients with excellent aesthetic results on a variety of cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures. He is particularly adept at facial enhancement procedures including face-lifts, eyelid lifts, and rhinoplasty. He has been practicing in the Winchester area since 2001 and is an active member of the Winchester medical community. It’s important to Dr. Karen to stay on top of current research and the latest cosmetic surgical techniques and procedures. He’s often asked to speak on various facets of facial cosmetic surgery, and he has written numerous articles and co-authored book chapters on the subject. Dr. Karen lives in Winchester and shares his office with his wife, Dr. Santa D'allessio(pulmonologist). He enjoys golfing, playing tennis and spending time with his wife and four children.
