• The Eye Health Center of Troy provides expert eye care for the entire family. Led by Dr. Pamela Kaw and Dr. David Garfinkel, the center offers routine and specialized care for patients of all ages in Troy, New York. From glaucoma, cataracts, and dry eye syndrome to eyelid malposition, lazy eye, and contact lens fittings, the team performs office-based procedures at their practice in Troy, as well as more complicated surgeries at Samaritan Hospital and Albany Medical Center.
