  • First Choice Heating & Cooling was started in 2001 by Bryan McIntyre, a former service technician who always had the desire to start his own business. After working for a few other HVAC companies for several years, he began to see how he could use his accumulated experience and training to start a company that served the customer the way he thought it should. In the years since, his worked to build a company that delivers products and services of above average quality while emphasizing integrity and a personal touch with our customers and coworkers. We are constantly training our coworkers to keep up with the latest technology and to improve their customer service skills, in ways many companies don t. Some examples of this extra effort is in the way we take care to properly size new equipment rather than using rules of thumb like many other companies. Properly sized equipment can have a significant effect on the efficiency and longevity of your system. We also check your system for combustion efficiency as well as measure airflow to get the best performance for your home. We are also knowledgeable in carbon monoxide testing and prevention. Our coworkers don t use high pressure sales tactics like many of our competitors either. We believe in educating you about your options and letting YOU decide what s best. It s your money and we remember that! Basically, what we re trying to do is treat our customers just like we would like to be treated. Seems simple enough but few companies seem to be able to accomplish this. I believe we can do this better than most. I hope you agree!
