Originally from Los Altos, California, he has been fishing, camping, adventuring and exploring since before he can remember. He has been a sponsored surfer, spearfisherman, and fisherman and ultimately settled into his mountain life after 14 years abroad living in Mainland Mexico. He is a US Coast Guard licensed 100ton captain and licensed fishing guide and has captained everything from 20ft pangas in Mexico to 85ft Luxury Yachtfishers. Lake Tahoe however has always been his end game, the place he spent his summers as a kid and learned the love of nature. His two kids Mahana and Kai are always by his side and training to take over the business so dad can go goof off.
