My background includes serving as Director of Operations for a diversified franchise with sales of over $40 million. The franchise included: 45 Pizza Hut's, 14 Church's Fried Chicken units, 5 Orange Julius snack bars, 2 Kettle restaurants, Ramada Inn in Victoria, TX. Regional Director of 38 franchised Golden Fried Chicken/ Golden Chick units. My full service casual them dinning experience includes: Black-eyed Pea, Applebee's, T.G.I. Fridays and Tippin's Restaurant & Bakery.
