• We are a medical malpractice firm, with attorneys licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. Most days you'll talk to Anita, who will ask you a series of questions about what led to your injury and what has happened as a result. After that, we evaluate the case in-house; if the case looks promising, we will request your medical records and submit them to a doctor, who we pay to confirm our suspicion that (1) a mistake was made and (2) the injuries you incurred were caused by that mistake.
