• Freeburg Care Center provides skilled physical, occupational and speech therapy to any resident who will benefit from these services. The therapy programs are established as directed by the attending Physician and the Licensed Therapists. Freeburg Care Center is proud to offer around-the-clock care led by professionally licensed nurses and an experienced staff with the special skill necessary to meet the needs of each individual resident.
