• Gelman Gelman Wiskow & McCarthy prides itself on its ability to service it clients. In that regard, in almost all cases, the firm advances all costs of litigation. It also assists clients by having its in-house staff perform most investigations, thereby saving costs. Moreover, to assist clients with limited financial means, the firm--at no cost to its clients--assists in obtaining lawsuit funding (loans) so our clients can continue to pay their bills while their cases are being litigated. Additionally, in some cases, the firm will go so far as to arrange and advance the costs of a client's transportation to and from medical appointments. Finally, to assist our Spanish speaking clients, the firm has one attorney and six staff members who are fluent in Spanish.
