About Us

  • As a therapist, Olga sees her role as one of helping you change the things you want to change, teaching you some ways to do this and helping explore your life. Old ways can be changed, new ways can be learned. Looking at the way you think about you and your individual experiences, using methods such as CBT and alternative techniques, is part of her therapy work. She works and is effective for you as an individual. Olga works individually, with families or couples, and with teens. With 30 years of experience, Olga have worked with many different clients and problems. She can help people move through the deep sadness that accompanies family conflicts, grief, emotional problems and transitions. Olga also enjoys helping people with their wellness, relaxation skills and stress managment, and mind/body connections. Her practice is in a small town. Olga's solo office has been established for 18 years. Prior to that, she had 18 years of experience in a community mental health center
