  • GLT Management is a community management association serving Home Owners and Condominium Associations throughout St. Johns and Flagler County.

    "What sets us apart from others" our firm is unique, we provide just the management part to your association. Our beliefs is that booking / accounting should always stay in-house. This helps the Board to keep a closer eye on their financials and if they were to loose their manager / management firm, then they would still have their bookkeeper / accountant in place. If your Association would like, we can locate a professional and certified bookkeeper / accountant for your association.

    "NAME YOUR MANAGEMENT FEE" This will allow Association Board to set their management fee price based on their association's current budget and future budget constraints. GLT Management will in turn provide that association with an estimate of the type and amount of services that the association's projected management fee will provide. No matter the size of your Homeowner or Condo association that you call home, we tailor our services to support your community. Our mission is to manage the day-to-day operations of your community in a professional and efficient manner. You are not just another client to us.
