Our Owner/Broker, William Brown, is an experienced relocation agent. Greeneville Real Estate and Auction Team opened January 2011, in Greeneville, TN and the owner and founder of the company is William "Bill" Brown. An independent real estate office, the company can customize services to meet specific needs of individual buyers and sellers. When you need help with real estate, Bill and the GREAT team have the expertise and knowledge of the real estate market that you need. And, if you are thinking about selling your home or land at auction, our team can handle that as well. We have seven additional Affiliate Brokers: Nathan Holt, Shane Carter, Cheryl Fillers, Hilda Pickering, Diana Holditch, and Becky Rideout as part of our GREAT team. They offer other services such as Property Management and Real Estate Appraising to meet your needs. We accept items on consignment, for sale in upcoming auctions which are conducted monthly. Occasional sales will showcase groups or collectibles, such as pottery, china/glass, jewelry, office or sports equipment, antiques, etc. but most events contain a mix of such items.
