From in-town bungalows to remote Asheville NC cabins on top of the world, we can assist you with the perfect vacation home. We rent homes for the weekend, week, month or year. During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
