• James P. Hallberg started Hallberg Commercial in 1986 to provide commercial insurance and risk management consultation to businesses in the Chicagoland area. From our Oak Brook, IL. headquarters we have consistently grown over the past 20 years to become a predominant agency in the Midwest.
