• Welcome to Halsey East Animal Clinic, the place your friends and neighbors have been coming to for Veterinary care since 1969. Our founding father Walter E. Vockert, DVM opened this practice in 1969 in a small refurbished residence and today we care for your pets in a wonderful 5700 sq. foot, full service state of the art clinic.
