About Us

  • * We are Not a medicaid provider*

Aldridge Physical Therapy & Fitness started in 2007 with a hands on approach to physical therapy. Keeping up with the trends in physical therapy, owner and physical therapist Randy Aldridge recognized a need to create a wellness approach to care. He created a fitness / wellness center and physical therapy clinic under one roof to expand the continuum of health care. The fitness center offers cardio and strength equipment as well as individualized exercise programs, small group training (such as T.R.X, Yoga and Pilates), personal training and massage therapy. The mission of Aldridge Physical Therapy & Fitness is to provide a friendly, non-intimidating fitness facility staffed with dedicated professionals, (such as physical therapists, massage therapists and personal trainers), to create an atmosphere which promotes an active and healthy lifestyle for clients of all fitness levels..

Aldridge Physical Therapy, LLC opened in August of 2007 with a vision of providing the highest level of customer service to the patients entrusted to our care. To do this we determined to provide one-on-one care every patient visit. Not only this, but it would be provided by the same licensed physical therapist each visit.

    No technicians, students, or assistants.

In addition, we determined to be based on a hands-on approach to therapy. Patients were not going to be left unattended on a mat to do a series of exercises they could perform on their own at home.

Coming to therapy should involve interaction with a physical therapist as they constantly assess and treat the dysfunctions which brought the patient to our clinic.

Therapy should be a dynamic experience, not routine or by protocol. Every patient brings a unique problem which needs to be treated uniquely!
