• Healing Hearts Home Health is a home health care organization that strives to treat each person using our services with respect. We offer services for every stage of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Services include in-home nursing, home health aides, physical, occupational and speech therapy, light housekeeping, companionship, laundry assistance, assistance with errands, and medical social work in Northeast Wyoming.
