    C. Truthful explanation of tests results, whether or not hearing aids are needed

    D. Referral to physicians for medically treatable hearing conditions

    E. Communication with patients to determine their unique needs and challenges

    F. Full Explanation of hearing aid features, costs, and policies if applicable

    G. Providing written proposal for patient, and take-home information about specific hearing aid models.

    H. Fitting hearing aids appropriate to each individual, considering

    1. type and degree of hearing loss

    2. varying sound environments encountered by wearer, and

    3. financial circumstances

    I. Education in hearing aids and their use via verbal, written, and/or internet instructions.

    J. Gradual adjustment of the hearing aid(s) to allow acclimatization to unfamiliar sounds.

    K. Counseling patient in adjusting to wearing hearing aids.

    L. Providing advice and tips to improve hearing in difficult environments

    M. Counseling family members in communication techniques to use with the hearing impaired.

    N. Billing of insurance plans when appropriate (Medicare, Medicaid, and Wellmark providers)

    O. Affordable financial arrangements including cash discounts, credit card options, and extended term financing

    P. Providing ongoing services to our patients including:

    1. Free in-office service, such as cleaning, small repairs, and adjustments

    2. Free yearly hearing exams and appropriate hearing aid adjustments

    3. Handling of Warranty and non-warranty repairs through manufacturer

    4. Notification of upcoming discounts when hearing aid replacement might be appropriate

    5. Customer loyalty discounts and bonus coupons for referrals
