About Us

• We are an alignment based Yoga studio offering classes to students who are new or have an ongoing practice. Holly Springs Yoga has instructors who are knowledgeable, experienced, and safe. We use props in class to assist each person in their poses, and provide individual assistance to all who come to class so they feel challenged, yet secure in class.
