About Us

  • Home Hospice of Grayson, Cooke and Fannin Counties is a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing superior health care, education, programs and services to those in our communities dealing with an advanced, chronic or terminal illness. We also provide bereavement services in the community through grief support groups, individual counseling, our children's Camp Dragonfly program and various workshops. Our newest program is Pathways Palliative Supportive Care for those facing chronic and advanced illnesses. This program provides pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families. Founded in 1982 we continue to be the only non-profit hospice serving our communities and we still provide services to all eligible patients regardless of their ability to pay. Today, our staff and volunteers live nearby, ensuring rapid responses and the thoughtful care neighbors have traditionally provided. We continue to be the most trusted hospice provider. First Here. Based Here. And Always Here.
