About Us

• Homeland at Home serves our local communities in central/southern Pennsylvania with three outreach programs. Services range from non-medical personal assistance, to skilled nursing, and to compassionate hospice and palliative care. Together, these three programs---Homeland Hospice, Homeland HomeHealth and Homeland HomeCare---provide a complete continuum of at home care for any changing circumstances of patients and families.
