I am New York State Licensed and insured, to conduct home inspections License # 16000011510 and was Certified with the Standard Code of Ethics by the American Society of Home Inspections (ASHI), and presently certified and a current member in good standing with National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), as well as a lifetime member of the Handy Man Club of America, which ensures that each and every inspection is done thoroughly and in accordance and with the strict standards of practice and code of ethics of the industry. I am experienced (over 6,100 inspections performed to date). I am certified and qualified for FHA/VA inspections and presently donate my time to educate 1st time home buyers on a regular basis for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Staten Island, and have been since 2004 . I am also a Licensed Pesticide Technician by the State of New York Dept of Environmental Conservation (DEC Exterminating) License #C2869088, and certified in EIFS siding installation.
