Born in Guadalajara, Mexico; graduated from Arizona State University School of Law on 2002. Jefferson Lankford's clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals 2002-2003. Admitted to the Bar Association of Arizona in 2003. He has pracitced in the area of immigration since 2003. Practice areas: Family petitions, status adjustment, consulate processing (example: Ciudad Juarez), asylum, citizenships, work permits and TPS. We also practice in deportation defense which is the representation before an immigration judge in three courts of Arizona, Phoenix, Florence and Eloy, AZ. We work in the courts of the detention centers in Florence and Eloy, Arizona, in addition to the aforementioned services; we also work to seek bail.
