Founder Ian Johnsen MSPT has assembled a team of experts including physicians, certified trainers and dietary coaches and counselors to help you build a comprehensive plan surrounding your specific health needs and goals. We have paired arguably the most effective fat burning diet and exercise regime ever offered to the general public. We have had amazing results with exercise training alone utilizing our N.V.R.T. program with minimal change to diet beyond simple advice to increase protein intake and reduce fast release carbs. Couple that with focused science based dietary coaching, a new advanced exercise regime, and medical supervision and you have one of the most effective and focused weight loss and life changing programs ever. This is a 12 or 16 week program including a 12 week required maintenance program at completion with the goal of losing weight, gaining muscle and fully changing your thoughts, perceptions and behaviors surrounding eating through education and coaching. You meet with our personal trainers 3 times per week for up to 1 hour and attend our dietary coaching classes once a week. Licensed counselors are utilized to help you change behaviors and get through emotional sticking points as needed. We will partner with you and your physician to gather baseline data for cholesterol, blood glucose, body fat percentage, stress testing and to gather clearance for program participation and to monitor changes over time. Once we have clearance we will perform your initial fitness evaluation, initial dietary counseling session and introduce you to the specialized N.V.R.T. style of exercise training and begin your journey to improved health and fitness.
