Huntington Learning Center specializes in tutoring students of all ages in reading, writing, spelling, phonics, mathematics and study skills; SAT, ACT, PSAT, and ISEE/SSAT Exam prep through the use of full-length practice tests and the individualized programs designed to address each student's needs. Huntington also provides subject specific tutoring to high school students in all levels of Math, Science, and AP level classes. Huntington's personalized program of instruction enables students to excel. Huntington Learning Center was founded in 1977 by Dr. Raymond and Eileen Huntington. Huntington is the longest-running provider of tutoring services to students in the United States. By adhering to one basic mission - to give every student the best education possible - we have grown from one center to hundreds of centers nationwide. Huntington's 36-year history of success comes down to our unique approach: we use targeted, individualized learning programs to help students improve in the areas they need to improve. Our curriculum is aligned with the Common Core State Standards, which will be adopted by Washington State in 2014. And we are accredited by the WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).
