In 2012, current owner Dwight Hutchinson a lifelong chef and restauranteur decided that this was going to be the location of his new venture in Silicon Valley. Located in the Ramada Inn in Sunnyvale, the size and decor of the space are two of the deciding factors that lead Dwight to conceive of a concept that doesnt play into the trend of modern fusion Japanese cuisine and ultra lounges. Instead, while keeping the classic Japanese dishes, he expanded the menu to include American bar bite favorites (some with an Asian flair), added a 49ers sports bar, karaoke and game room to create a true fusion of Japanese and American concepts into single fun and casual experience that he proudly calls Infused Sushi & Bar.
