Based on candid feedback from our loyal and followers, we have been flooded with a lot of inquiries and requests that we please soon reopen our new place to be open one day a week, as a restaurant, to provide the community single serve orders – such as our popular Amarillo Hut butter chicken curry. We will be open on Thursdays from 6 PM CST to 9 PM CST. We take a lot of pride and passion freshly preparing our food and feel very fortunate, lucky, and blessed to be able to do this, and with our mission we are able to serve the vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose intolerance, and peanut allergy community. We are ready to soon open, as this is our passion, and we miss serving you all! We are both excited and grateful to soon see you again at our new location! You were very supportive of us and helping Amarillo Hut grow, and we are grateful for your continued interest, support, excitement, and business for our new location! Chef Jabeen is busy building a commercial kitchen from scratch to build a community resource, where she can use the larger kitchen space to better serve her Amarillo Hut fans and followers to better fulfill catering orders of 15 or more (such as fulfilling catering orders for our popular butter chicken curry). We will be serving our popular butter chicken curry, and other liquid based dishes, in the form of catering trays – to freshly prepare and serve your food in small, medium, and large catering trays. Chef Jabeen’s new building will also serve as a community resource where others may rent the facility as a party hall, and you will have the option to use both the party hall space while also utilizing the commercial grade kitchen, to have both amenities at an affordable price. Chef Jabeen’s new building will also serve as a community resource where others can rent our professional commercial kitchen to use for their convenience under an agreed upon contract, to prepare food for their food truck, for their jelly/jam business, or other proposed idea for preparing food within a commercial grade kitchen. Chef Jabeen’s new building will also cater to a learning environment where other culinary instructors can rent the space to teach within a professional commercial grade kitchen. We are working closely with the city to build our building from scratch, which will require new roofing, electrical work, plumbing, and more – so we anticipate to soon open in November 2016.
