• Jo-Lynn Enterprises, Inc. is a full service cleaning and disaster restoration company. Established in Watauga County in 1975 by Joe and Linda Marcoux, our family owned and operated company is located in the Valle Crucis community, centrally located to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Linville, North Carolina. We provide service to a large area of western North Carolina and all of the High Country including Watauga, Avery, Ashe, and Caldwell counties. For over 35 years, we have been helping homeowners deal with loss due to fire, water, smoke and other related disasters. We work with homeowners and adjusters hand-in-hand to make the process as painless as possible. We handle the cleaning of your home as well as personal items with care and professionalism. All of our disaster technicians are extensively trained, educated and certified through IICRC in how to deal with any situation.
