About Us

• John Morris Manor is located atop a secluded hill in a park-like setting at the northern end of the Cayuga Wine Trail. We welcome all and are available for individual and group bookings (up to 12 guests), year round. The area is rich in first class wineries, cheese artisans, and distilleries. Our fellow lake, Seneca, is only 20 minutes away with over 100 wineries dotting the shores. We are pet-friendly, with gorgeous hiking trails nearby. Guests kayaking on our lakes and canals are welcomed at the water’s edge. Bird watchers love the Montezuma Wildlife Reservation up the road. Shoppers run for bargains at the Waterloo Premium Outlet and malls in Syracuse and Rochester. There are tons of antique shops to pick through and beautiful views everywhere. We’ve been here over twelve years and have some great suggests for the perfect day tours and evenings meal at one of our fine area restaurants.
