Johnny's Catfish and Seafood is a restaurant in Shreveport that was founded in 2002. Years later, the Covington family purchased the restaurant. Even though ownership changed hands, we've continued to create delicious, filling dishes. Our restaurant specializes in Southern and seafood dishes that are created using the best ingredients available. Some of the dishes we are known for include fried catfish, fried oysters, chicken-fried steak, and chicken-fried chicken. We make everything from scratch every day.
