About Us

• After a long, established career in plumbing/HVAC working for one of Sonoma County’s largest contractor firms, Justin and Kirsten decided to open their own plumbing, heating & septic company. Throughout the years of working in the industry they both noticed areas that were lacking ethical and proper treatment of customers. They started their company on the basis to improve customer service and the quality of workmanship in the industry. It was with great pride that Kirsten operates the office with efficiency, transparency and friendliness. She makes it a priority to answer all incoming calls timely and keep communication flowing with each customer. She wholeheartedly adores her job; the conversations with wonderful customers, fulfilling paperwork commitments to insure jobs are documented correctly and the joy she receives when their company makes another satisfied customer. Justin has strived to hone in on his technical skills to make sure each job receives the most quality workmanship. His passion for this industry and customers shines brightly through his onsite interactions and Gold Standard workmanship. He is a man of his word and will go above and beyond to make sure his services will last for years to come. As a team, Justin and Kirsten operated their company to be affordable, quality workmanship and efficient for Sonoma County. However, it is not all business for this couple, this is the same County they are raising their family. They are constant figures at the local schools volunteering their time to help the young, they support the local little league with financial donations and their time, they give annual donations to the Fisher House Foundation and Redwood Food Bank, and send boxes through operation shoebox for the deployed soldiers to name a few. They wholeheartedly believe in giving back the support they have received from their wonderful community members supporting their business.
