• I started Just New Homes because I realized after my experience in sales and management of new homes that there is a need for professional information, guidance and new home sales expertise. New Home Sales are very different from resale. An in depth knowledge of construction, mapping, scheduling, design, builder contracts and negotiations are paramount to a successful experience.
