• Kanza Mental Health and Guidance Center is located in Hiawatha, Kansas and serves Brown, Doniphan, Nemaha and Jackson counties. KANZA is a community based mental health counseling center. Our competent and dependable staff are goal-oriented and solution-focused. We will provide confidential, affordable treatment that accurately deals with today's issues while focusing on an individuals future recovery.
