She completed her undergraduate work at CSU, studying Biological Sciences. Dr. Loomis received her doctorate of optometry with honors from Pacific University in 1996. Upon graduation, she received an award for outstanding fitting of contact lenses.Dr. Loomis has experience in several types of practice settings from private practice to a large HMO. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and is able to handle eye emergencies and treat medical conditions of the eye. She specializes in comprehensive eye care, contact lens services, surgical co-management and children's vision. Dr. Loomis is active in volunteering for many groups in the Colorado Optometric Association (COA), a group of over 500 Colorado optometrists. She is president-elect of the COA this year and will begin her term as president in 2010, then continue as immediate past president in 2012. She has served as a trustee on the Board of Trustees. She is a member of Mountain States Congress of Optometry and serves to help organize an annual optometry conference for continuing education. She has served as treasurer of the Northern Colorado Optometric Association. She is also a participating doctor for InfantSEE, a program that provides free eye exams to infant's 6-12 months of age. In her spare time, Dr. Loomis enjoys quilting, pottery, snow boarding, & camping. She is married to a Morgan County native, Jon Jones and they have two kids. Becky S. Haley, O.D.Dr. Becky Breneman Haley was born and raised in Fort Morgan. She graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor's degree in biology. Dr. Haley was selected as an Outstanding Young Woman of America in 1986 and an All American Scholar in 1988. Dr. Haley received her Doctor of Optometry with Honors in 1989 from Pacific University College of Optometry located in Forest Grove, Oregon. She completed a clinical rotation in hospital optometry at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Vancouver, Division. She is certified in therapeutic pharmaceuticals for the treatment of eye diseases.Dr. Haley worked for several years with an eye surgeon in the Cherry Creek Eye Center before going into private optometric practice. In 1998, she served as President of the Fort Morgan Lion's Club. Dr. Haley was selected as a member of the National Registry of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals in 1999. She is also the proud mother of two children, Travis and Ellen.
