About Us

  • Kressly Pediatrics was born in September of 2004. When you visit us, you will notice that our office looks like the beach with fish, seagulls, turtles. Dr. Kressly spends as much free time as possible at the beach, but wanted to make sure the beach came with her when she is at the office. You will often find the doctors sitting on the carpeted floor building blocks with toddlers or taking their shoes off in the summer. We want the office to feel welcoming to our patients of all ages in this relaxed environment. Kressly Pediatrics offers a unique blend of high-quality medical care, personalized interactions and leading edge electronic technology. Our overwhelming success confirms that families share our values. We are committed to providing a pleasant medical setting where children can feel comfortable and parents can feel confident that their children’s medical issues are handled thoroughly and professionally. If you are new to our practice, please note that personalized care is the focus of every patient encounter. Our staff answers the phone directly; there is no automated attendant. We believe that our focus should be on our patients. At the same time, we use cutting edge technology (web site, email access, electronic medical records) to improve office efficiency and give parents convenient access to commonly requested information such as vaccination records, appointment and referral requests, prescription refills and school/camp forms. Our physicians feel strongly that in order to provide the best possible medical care, a partnership must be forged between the physician and the family. They practice traditional medical care as outlined by the American Academy of Pediatrics. They support the AAP’s immunization guidelines and believe all children have the right to be protected from preventable infectious diseases, with rare medical exceptions. In addition, they support all efforts to reduce the use of medically unnecessary antibiotics. Our doctors also embrace the “art” of medicine, and feel that patients and families should help guide medical care. They support the use of alternative medicine as an adjunct to traditional medical care when appropriate. Thank you for your interest and support!
