About Us

  • With our original 92 year old coal-fired brick oven, we hand roll our Fine Italian Artisan Bread with love in the old-world style. The dense and crusty loaf, either round or long, holds up in any soups, sauces or gravies. The original recipe of flour, water, yeast and salt came from Abruzzi 6 generations ago and has never changed.
