• If you're like many of my clients you have probably focused most of your time and energy in accumulating assets. It's my job to help you preserve and protect those assets. I do that through incorporating a couple of different strategies. First and foremost, we develop a cohesive trust and estate plan, which generally entails the creation of revocable trusts, wills, power of attorney, living wills and other estate planning documents that may be necessary to ensure an orderly and efficient distribution of your assets at the time of your passing. In addition, we need to be sensitized to the effects of estate taxes and of course we will develop the necessary tax mitigation strategies to mitigate or perhaps eliminate the effects of the estate tax liability. Many of my clients are also concerned about the effects of lawsuits, creditors, predators, and unfortunately divorce. In that regard, I have and will develop various asset protection strategies to preserve and protect your family's wealth, and in essence create a fortress around the family's assets. Often times financial products are necessary to implement and complete these plans. And in that regard I have an affiliated financial services company that can assist you in the implementation phase of any of these financial products.
