About Us

• Daniel W. Raab has been an attorney in Florida for over 25 years. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Miami School of Law. He has worked with steamship companies, insurance companies, logistic companies, freight forwarders, motor carriers, importers, exporters, customs brokers, and surface transportation brokers. Daniel W. Raab is the author of the book Transportation Terms and Conditions as well as Chapter 5 of the Benedict on Admiralty Desk Book on Carriage of Goods and is a contributing author to Goods In Transit. He has also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Miami teaching classes in Insurance Law and Transportation Law.
