About the Chef: Nadhir Moatemri is the Executive Chef and owner of Le Gourmet European Bistro and Catering. Chef Nadhir was born in Tunisia and studied the culinary art in Italy and France before moving to New York City, where he launched his career working under the renowned Chef Wolf Gang Puck. Continuing a tradition of fine culinary craftsmanship, Chef Nadhir decided to open his own restaurant, Le Pasha, in New Britain, PA, where he focused on perfecting the fusion of Tunisian and French Cuisine. In 2008, he and his wife Deborah decided to bring Fine Food with Culture to the Lansdale area and they opened Le Gourmet, the area's best spot for casual and fine dining atmospheres.
