• Today, Edward E. Varipapa, Executive Chef and Owner, has brought back Leon’s to North Haven. Leon’s again offers its customers exceptional International and Italian dishes in a friendly, comfortable, family atmosphere. Leon’s famous signature creations–Pane Cotto, Gypsy Chicken and Calabrese peppers, to name just a few–are prominently featured on the menu along with the ever-changing “Goodie List”.
