• A PASSION FOR QUALITY Les Jones started his roofing career in 1974 while he was attending the University of Minnesota. In 1981, he and his wife, Nancy, started Les Jones Roofing, Inc. Les has been active in several associations in the industry and has served on many boards. He continues to be an active member of the Les Jones Roofing staff and is a leader who passes down to his employees the value of taking care of the customer, being respectful and offering a high quality roof.
