Philip R. Baldeo, MD, is the lead physician at Liberty Medical Services in the South Richmond Hill area of Queens, New York, also serving the communities of Ozone Park and South Jamaica. Dr. Baldeo obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica.
