About Us

• As a nurse for many years I watched patients return with the same complaints and chronic conditions that could be prevented with simple education and lifestyle changes. I became a Nurse Practitioner to help facilitate these changes with my patients. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and my animals.
