About Us

  • MEMBER OF NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) also BONDED AND INSURED www.lotsoflovepets.com . My name is Lynn Westbrook and my passion is animals. I love them all big and small! I provide dog walking and pet sitting services for large and small animals. I promise to love and care for your furry family members as my own. Pet Sitting is a Win/Win for Pets and their Owners: For the Pet Benefits to your pet include: Staying at home in his/her safe, secure environment Being surrounded by familiar sights, smells and sounds Following his/her regular diet and exercise routine Having play time Receiving love and personal attention Maintaining medical treatment, when required Having someone responsible in case of an emergency Eliminating the trauma of travel or an unfamiliar environment Ensuring good health (no exposure to outside illness or parasites) For the Owner Benefits to you include: Knowing that your pet is in caring, loving hands The ability to call, text or email for pet updates and pictures. Having the confidence that the pet sitter can deal with other issues - such as grooming, vet visits Eliminating the trauma of having to transport and leave your pet Not having to impose on family, friends or neighbors Feeling your home is more secure (with someone going in and out several times a day) Dog Walking is Important Because: Regular exercise ensures good physical and mental health The physical and mental stimulation help to prevent behavior problems It provides the human social interation and positive attention your dog craves Dogs learn socialization skills by greeting other dogs they meet along the way and learning to interact appropriately It offers an opportunity to practice obedience skills BIO I’ve always had a passion for animals. From the dogs I had growing up, to the stray cats and all the critters in between. I attended Mount San Antonio College for an Associates Degree in business and walked away with an AS in Animal Health Technology as well. Afterwards, I interned with a veterinary office but also continued to pursue an education in business. I went to Cal Poly, Pomona, and completed my BS in Business Administration, however most of my time was spent at the Cal Poly Arabian Horse Center. I enjoyed taking equitation classes there and working as a show horse groom. I continued on with private lessons and leased several Arabians over the years. I finally purchased my own half-Arabian, “Stormin Norman”. I enjoyed showing him at Class A shows which was a dream come true for me. I utilized my business degree as a Sales Manager in the medical industry, but my passion for animals always remained with me. I enjoyed taking my dogs to dog obedience classes and occasionally caring for horses for my friends. I began volunteering at a no-kill shelter in Ontario and felt that I had found my “niche”. I fostered orphaned kittens and enjoyed working with problem dogs to help them become adoptable. The dogs could sense that they could trust me. I was often called upon to work with fear aggressive dogs. With time and a lot of patience, most of these dogs were able to find their forever homes. One of them, Oso, found his forever home with me. I made many good friends at the shelter and we worked together to expose the shy or fearful dogs to social situations. We would introduce them to baths, car rides, walks on the leash, dog parks, and social situations such as walks downtown with lunch at a sidewalk cafe (the dogs always got a hot dog or a hamburger patty) and pet adoption events. The dogs were always sooo good and loved the one on one attention. YES, ANIMALS ARE MY PASSION. If you should need pet care, I hope you will give me the opportunity to visit your pets. I promise to shower them with loving attention.
