• M. G. Bush Safety & Claims, LLC is an outgrowth of our predecessor company, M. G. Bush & Associates, Inc., which was founded in 1987. Through the years we have established a reputation for prompt professional service to our clients. Our two principals have over thirty years of individual experience in the industry including claims management and underwriting for insurance companies, litigation management, risk management and field adjusting. We are a small company that takes pride in our work and strives to deliver the most professional service available. We are licensed and insured. We are on call twenty-four hours per day every day of the year, and we respond immediately to new assignments. Our field investigation and adjusting services are offered throughout Louisiana, lower Mississippi and lower Alabama, although we are prepared to travel anywhere in the country to handle large potential exposures. As a practical matter, on-scene assignments are typically within a couple of hours from our office. We specialize in third party trucking liability and cargo claims with a goal of resolving our clients’ exposures cost effectively and at the earliest opportunity. We also offer third party claims administration services for large accounts. You will find our reports to be timely, comprehensive, clear and concise. We currently have four licensed adjusters (including principals) working from our office located in the heart of Mandeville, Louisiana near the junction of Causeway Boulevard and I-12. We charge $80 per hour in tenth of an hour increments and sixty cents per mile while traveling. We do not charge for photos or domestic long distance calls, nor do we utilize an “Office Charge” to inflate our bills; however, we do have a clerical rate of $17 per hour for statement transcriptions and other activities.
