Formed in 1956, the present management structure is comprised of a group of professionals, specializing in the complex and rapidly expanding real estate industry. All appraisals are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) and in conformity of the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (SPAP) of the Appraisal Institute. Experience and capabilities are diversified to include services such as: appraisals of vacant land, residential subdivisions, residential single family as well as mult- family units, apartments, and condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and motels, restaurants, service stations, industrial and special purpose properties. Additionally, consulting services and litigation appraisals wherein the scope of these assignments is for eminent domain which encompasses the valuation for just compensation, contractual disputes, bankruptcy, equitable distribution as well as estate valuation for both the private and public sector.
